For either case, the following must be posted if applicable:

• Configuration Control Work Permit: Authorizes work on components under Configuration Control (RSS components) and specifies approvals that are required before the station can be allowed to take beam. (Yellow Sheet)
• HP Type C Survey Info Form: Provides location of Health Physics type C survey(s) needed after work on RSS components is done. (Blue Sheet)
• Administrative Restriction: Provides special conditions that must be met before a beamline may operate. (Pink Sheet)
