  • Proper attire: While working on the experiment hall floor, you must wear long pants and closed-toed/covered heel shoes. Based on the location and experiment, additional personal protection equipment (PPE) maybe required.
  • Short-term child care
  • Money:
    • Snack machines at beamlines take only $1 bills or coins.
    • A change machine is available in the lower level of Building 401.
    • An ATM/cash machine is available in building 233, which is directly behind the Argonne Cafeteria. A variety of cards are accepted. (The cafeteria is in building 213, about 20 minutes' walk from the APS.)
