In general, SAC members travel the day before the meeting, and the second day of the SAC meeting ends mid-day allowing for return travel that evening. 

Please note, meeting times are nominally 9:00 – 17:00 on the first day, followed by a dinner from 18:00 – 21:00, and 9:00 – 14:00 on the second day.
