Does the APS have a Lost and Found?
- Yes. If you find or misplace an item, please go to room B0149 or call anyone in the Site Operations / Building Management department (see Personnel).
How do I schedule a conference?
- To schedule a conference in building 401, room A1100; or in building 402, rooms E1100/E1200, the 402 Auditorium, or the 402 Lower Gallery, please call Shannon Larson at 630-252-3622 for the available dates.
How do I arrange for conference amenities?
- Conference amenities can be arranged by contacting Shannon Larson at 630-252-3622 or [email protected]. Shannon will help you set up conference calls and reserve items such as video projectors and easels based on availability.
How do I get new furniture or a furniture reconfiguration?
- For furniture procurement and/or furniture reconfiguration, call Ed Russell (office: 630-252-7716 or cell: 815-405-2017). Ed will walk you through the steps of obtaining approval, selecting furniture and layouts, and scheduling installation.
How do I get a locker?
- Ed Russell will consult the list of occupants for the locker rooms in the 401 Ground Floor East, 401 Ground Floor West, and 400 EAA. A waiting list exists that assigns available lockers on a first come, first served basis.
Whom do I contact when my lights go out?
- Call Ed Russell (office: 630-252-7716 or cell: 815-405-2017) to verify the light location and identify the type of light.
Whom do I contact about scheduling the riggers to pick up an item?
- To schedule riggers, contact Rob Lange at 630-252-9105. You may also contact Freshservice.
Whom do I contact with special cleaning requests?
- If you have a special cleaning request, contact Ed Russell (office: 630-252-7716 or cell: 815-405-2017). Ed will contact custodial and forward your request.
What do I do if I’m locked out of my office?
- During office hours, please contact Ed Russell (office: 630-252-7716 or cell: 815-405-2017). If you are locked out during off-hours, contact Security at 630-252-5730.
