James Penner-Hahn

Research interests: Prof. Penner-Hahn's research utilizes x-ray absorption and emission spectroscopy to characterize inorganic materials and bioinorganic systems, and x-ray fluorescence imaging to study metal ion distribution and speciation in biological samples.

Current position: George A Lindsay Collegiate Professor of Chemistry and Biophysics, Associate Dean for Budget and Planning, Professor of Biophysics and Professor of Chemistry , College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
