    Beamline Controls Strategy

Beamline Controls Strategy

The XSD Beamline Controls group develops software and electronics hardware for XSD beamlines, serving the common needs of APS researchers.  The group strategy is aligned with the XSD Strategic Plan and with the upcoming APS Upgrade.  The plan is revised periodically with the current version found here.  Comments for future revisions should be directed to Joe Sullivan.

  Nanopositioning Support Lab

Nanopositioning Support Lab

Nanopositioning techniques present an important capability to support the state-of-the-art synchrotron radiation instrumentation for the APS operations. To facilitate the development of nanopositioning techniques, the APS has equipped laboratories for nanopositioning devices assembly and characterization. The APS nanopositioning support lab is located on the first floor of Building 401. The plan is revised periodically with the current version found here. Comments for future revisions should be directed to Deming Shu.
