The synthesis of high-entropy oxide (HEO) alloys is a relatively recent development. HEOs exhibit exceptional properties, such as exceedingly high wear and corrosion resistance, that has significant potential across a wide range of applications. New experimental results revealed that the HEO nanoribbons retained robust structural stability at highly elevated temperatures and pressures.
