Abstract:
The presentation will cover work at Diamond around integration of data analysis into beamline automation, before describing in a little more detail ongoing work in DIALS on data analysis for X-ray diffraction for single and multiple data sets, and how this can be used to deliver more effective capabilities for beamline users. Since the majority of components are open source, these are things any MX beamline can deploy, so some guidance will be given on how to incorporate DIALS tools into your environment. Finally, some of the ongoing work to port DIALS to higher throughput architectures and serial crystallography will be described as the current focus of development.
