34-ID-F: Atomic

XSD

Specializing in Bragg geometry coherent diffraction imaging. The instrument is a five circle diffractometer (3 sample, 2 detector). X-ray focussing is done with KB mirrors (70mm working distance). Spot size is approximately 300 nm, but may be improved with new optics being installed with the new beamline.
