2-ID-D: Microfluorescence and Bionanoprobe

Beamline 2-ID-D houses two main instruments: the X-ray Fluorescence Microprobe for sub-micron X-ray imaging, which focuses on in-situ micro-XFM and micro-XANES analyses, and the Bionanoprobe, which is designed for XFM-mapping, XFM-tomography, XANES, and ptychography at both room temperature and in cryogenic conditions.
