25-ID-C: Microprobe and Advanced Spectroscopy

A spectroscopy-based beamline: x-ray microprobe with beams down to 1 micron and high-resolution (2 micron) confocal capability, and high-resolution x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy using both spherically bent crystals and miniXS style spectrometers. We are currently accepting mail-in rapid access proposals.
