I think that there's something wrong with the 'shebang' line at the top of your st.cmd. It appears to be attempting to use the system shell instead of the IOC executable to interpret the st.cmd lines.
Try running the executable explicitly:
./../bin/darwin-x86/wienerCrateExample st.cmd
(where darwin-x86 would be replaced with whatever you have for EPICS_HOST_ARCH).
