and send us the output? It seems, since you are not able to get the waveform via caget, you won''t have it on the plot either (from what I can see you have zeros in the wf record, however this may also mean you haven't got your scope triggered, good point by Eric!).
Also, try to reach the scope via web-browser and take a screenshot of the scope screen. From you screenshot I can see that you have time base 10ns, delay 1.36 ms, and TrigLevel 9.8Volts. Unless you manually trigger the scope (via button on the front panel), it doesn't seem reasonable to have such a high trigger level. Note aslo, that on the medm panel you have time base in microseconds.
