It appears to be faulting inside the RPC library clnttcp_create
routine. Are there any diagnostics you can enable for that library?
Do you have the source so you could check what's happening in the
library code?

Ok, now it crashes inside asyn/vxi-11 when creating the RPC client.
This is

only reproducable when the ioc is started in a debugger session,
probably

due to different timings. The output is attached.
