Albert Kagarmanov at Jefferson Lab (fna CEBAF) has gotten the Greensprings
GPIB IP card working directly under EPICS.  We don't have it in production
use yet, so it may still need a few kinks worked out.  Code was based on
the Hideos driver.

We don't use Andrew's drvIpac, but it might be a good idea.
