Hi, Michael.

This may be related to the patch I sent to the JCA mailing list (I
couldn't find a mailing list for CAJ) in October:

CAJ explicitly does not allow using the loopback address (??).  My patch
removes that restriction.  In a private email, Matej Sekoranja said that
he would check the code and include the fix in the next release.
