Please post the evidence that leads you to this conclusion. If possible
please demonstrate it using just the softIoc and the command-line client
programs caget/caput/cainfo/camonitor. I can't see any differences
between the two, but I'm probably not doing the same things you are.

There should be no difference between in array channel behaviour between
3.14. and 3.15. There have been some changes to the waveform record, but
they shouldn't affect single-element arrays specifically.
