The IOC's server should see clients on both network interfaces. Do you see
beacons emitted on the EPICS network? As root type "/usr/sbin/tcpdump port
5065" on one of the eth1 subnet workstations. 

Make certain that the EPICS clients are using broadcast addresses that match
the subnet mask of eth1.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is
not necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they
are going to land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them
