Hi, Dear Mark and Andrew,

Thanks for your quick response! Sorry for my late response! The architecture is linux-x86, the error is kind of strange, I examined the code, it turned out the record type of waveform, motor, and scalcout etc, could not be found by the IOC modules. I found it to be of non-sense, for the transform record shared the same modules with
scalcout could be found by the modules. However, I fixed the problem by rebuild the application for scratch again. I don't know the reason it got fixed.

And Ron, thanks for your kind remind.

     Best Regards to you

Hello Xinyu,

May I make a suggestion?

When you ask for help on tech-talk
it is considered "good form" to
respond with a short message
indicating your problem is fixed
and possibly, how it was fixed.

This way other tech-talk users will
stop trying to help you fix the problem
and they may learn from your experience.

Ron

Hi,

I’m using PI C-863 Mercury motor controller to control PI M-126 stage under EPICS. I currently use the 6.5.1 version for MotorSrc, PiSrc, and I
compiled successfully under EPICS version 3.14.11, with supported of packages sncseq-2.0.12, asyn4-13-1, ipac-2.10, and
calc-2-8.  However we encountered an segmentation fault error in executing st.cmd when trying to run command of xxx_registerRecordDeviceDriver pdbbase.

could anybody give me a hint on the problem!

   Thanks
