Not sure exactly what you mean by 'diagnostics'. If you mean EPICS device support for Siemens PLCs, I have a work in progress that is fairly well advanced, on that level. It is for Siemens S7 style protocol, and is based heavily on Mark Rivers' Modbus device support.
