Oh, so it's that file. I was looking for something in base. I have
that file, and I have the settings set correctly in it. However, when I
get over to the build for MEDM, the variables appear to be blank. This
is only happening on MEDM, not on any of the other extensions.

Working on getting MEDM running under NetBSD.
So far, I got base, ChannelArchiver, SDDS, SDDSepics, StripTool,
gateway, and probe supported. With MEDM however, it doesn't seem to
pick up the definitions for X11_LIB, X11_INC, and MOTIF.
Notes on the MEDM website imply that I need X11 and MOTIF settings in
CONFIG_SITE<host_arch>, but I don't think I've even got that file.
Where should it be located?
