We are using the "Synchronized Time Stamp Support" authored by Jim Kowalkowski. We have successfully run an IOC as a timing master with our other IOCs as slaves. We have not been able to get the timing master IOC to retrieve the time from our ntp server, which in our case is a Cisco 6509 switch. We are using EPICS 3.13.4 and 3.14.6. We do not have an event system. Before I dig deeper into this issue are there any suggestions on what the issue might be for our configuration or a different solution?
