For R3.14.6, ai record, the following:

       field(LINR, "LINEAR")

does not generate a database parse error, but after iocInit the LINR field is
set to 0 and the behavior of the record seems to be independent of the value
of ESLO.

Poking a 2 into LINR seems to make the record aware of the ESLO field.

Can anyone explain this. I've read the record manual but am still not certain
of the correct value for the LINR field.
