Chris,

We have one here at the SRS at Daresbury Lab
which is a copy of the system in use at the SLS.

Our interlock control system is not a PLC and does
not have an ethernet interface. All the signals
going to the ICS are split and monitored separately
by the IOC via digital and analog inputs. Setting and
monitoring the desired state of the system is also
performed via digital I/O.
