At TRIUMF we have been running our EPICS device/driver support for
Modbus/TCP for the past 6 years. We are interfacing to MODICON Quantum
series and Momentum series PLCs. Driver was written for VxWorks and
tested on MV162s, an 486 based PC104 board and the GMS Mariner
(VME/Pentium).

Can you please email me with a place where I can get this?

I think the EPICS community should settle on one of these to concentrate

their efforts on. I've been doing a survey of PLCs with Ethernet field

bus capability, and MODBUS over TCP/IP is the most common protocol in

the market.
