New EPICS Documentation Web Pages

I have installed the new Epics documentation web page in the
main APS web page.

	http://www.aps.anl.gov/aps_overview.html

And I am in the process of cleaning up the 'www.aps.anl.gov'
directory structure.  I will be moving apparently-unused files
into a temporary area so they can be retrieved, if necessary, but
the plan is to clean them all off the system in the near future.
So, let me know if you are actually using anything that I move,
or if web page links suddenly quit working.

All questions, comments, suggestions welcome.
