EPICS ALPHA 3.13 UPDATE
 
We have decided to rename the new EPICS APLHA 3.13 release
to R3.13.0.alpha2 (oldname R3.12.2.2) to more accurately 
reflect the fact that it contains signifigant changes to
any R3.12 release and is a pre R3.13 test release.
 
A new tar file has been placed in the beta ftp area.
