I just placed a .gz file in WWW. I also updated doc
to use the release name in Janet's message. I hope I did not
change things while anyone was looking at it.

Again up to date doc is in

APS EPICS DOC
	EPICS Work In Progress around the world 
		EPICS Release 3.13.alpha2

In netscape 2.0 I selected

Application Developers Guide (postscript gzip)

I then selected FILE menu Save As

It wrote a .gz file.

Then in Unix just say

gunzip AppDevGuide.ps.gz

This will give you .ps file.
