I am  not creaking test.dbd. 
i download asyn module form site and just edit RELEASE for location of base. I haven't include any thing myself.
i just make it and getting error.

means that you should have a test.dbd, either because you have that file, or you have Makefile entries to create it.
From that test.dbd file, the test_registerRecordDeviceDriver.cpp is created.


Compare with the original output of

makeBaseApp.pl -t example test

how it creates a test.dbd etc.
