Hi,
FWIW: I was able to see the videos from here (PSI, Switzerland). There
are a few broken links (images, etc.) when you go to the lecture pages and
follow the links from there, but the actual content is fine.
I tried only a few of them, so it can be that there are some that do not
work, but at
least it does not seem to be a general problem.
BTW, my movie player (totem, on Ubuntu Linux) played the videos without
problems
(I did not need RealPlayer.)

Which videos have you tried?
I was able to watch a few of the GSWE videos from here inside the APS but I
haven't checked them all, so it may be that some specific ones you're trying
are failing, or that there's a more general problem with displaying any of
them through our firewall.
