Can you send me a specific URL that fails and gives you the above error?  
Which videos have you tried?

I was able to watch a few of the GSWE videos from here inside the APS but I 
haven't checked them all, so it may be that some specific ones you're trying 
are failing, or that there's a more general problem with displaying any of 
them through our firewall.
