Hello Leige,
We're using cPCI products at NSLS-2 diagnostics controls system for DAQ
applications.
1. CPU board: Agilent U1091AK11(Acqiris PP410, Intel Core Duo
Processor), Debian/Linux OS;
2. Crate: Agilent Acqiris U1091AC50, 5-slot;
3. high-speed digitizer: Agilent U1065A-002(DC252), 2-channel, 4~8GS/s,
10-bit, 7-bit ENOB;
4. high-resolution digitizer(just purchased): GE ICS-710A-8, 8-Channel,
200KS/s, 24-Bit;
The high-speed digitizer is used for filling pattern measurements(wall
current monitor, Bergoz FCT, etc) and the high-resolution digitizer for
Bergoz DCCT.
All these cPCI-based DAQ systems are/will be running with EPICS/Linux.

Dear all,
I'am seeking comments and suggestions on cPCI. Do (or did) you use cPCI
as the EPICS IOC? Could you tell me the module name, manufacture, and
operating system you select for it? A hardware group in our project
prefers to use cPCI to construct their low levle controls and ask if it
can be ported to EPICS. I searched tech-talk but the clues are only a
few. So please give me some comments on this.
Thank you very much,
Ge
