Pete,

here is an EPICS db file with two PVs simulating device; load it in the other IOC on local network.

Pete:

here is a tarball to test.
you may need to edit configure/RELEASE file if EPICS_BASE and SNCSEQ on your mashine are different from
EPICS_BASE=/usr/local/epics/base
SNCSEQ=/usr/local/epics/snc
Also, for this test you will need a couple EPICS string PVs in the other IOC on the local network. In my case I used
23d:XY:my2:StrCmd
23d:XY:my2:StrRsp
in the VxWorks IOC with PMAC controller.
We observed weird behaviour of the SNL test program with EPICS releases 3.14.9 and 3.14.10 and with SNL releases 2.0.11 and 2.0.12.

To run the test:
make
cd iocBoot/my_ioc
./st.cmd
seq snc_my_test,"mydev=<PV prefix>"

Regards,
Oleg
