Yes, it's weird. Sometimes I can get this file to compiler when I have
HOST_OPT=NO in my CONFIG_SITE file, but not always. A colleague has no
problem on a different PC. However even if you get past that problem you may
hit another one (which I'm also seeing on a cygwin build) that I haven't
worked around yet.
The Microsoft compiler (which you can download for free) does work for me
though.
