Did you type the command "errlog" shown in the line above?  It looks to me 
like you did, but that isn't an executable vxWorks or EPICS command even 
though it is evidently a valid vxWorks symbol.  I think that's what caused 
the exception that followed, which has nothing to do with the error report 
from drvHy8401ip that appeared during iocInit above.
