Hello everybody, 

Sorry, it will take time to prepare a website for the coming EPICS Collaboration Meeting, which will be hold by SSRF at Shanghai China, March 12 ? 14 (or 15). 

( Before the meeting, there is an EPICS seminar for Asia Students, March 10-11, supported by Japan JSPS core-university program and KEK teachers.)

We will do our effort to make the website on Internet quickly. If you need an invitation letter urgently, please send your full name, organization, FAX number to me, we will send the letter by both FAX and Express mail as soon as possible. 

Once the website is OK, we will put all the information on the web, including: introduction, registration, visa application, programs, accommodation, transportation, local information and so on. 

For the time being, I can only give you some information on accommodation:

(1)Parkyard Hotel Shanghai , rated as a 5-star hotel, 30 rooms are reserved for the meeting. The hotel is near Shanghai Subway Station. Address：699 Bibo Road, Pudong District, Shanghai 201203, China. Business Room 658 RMB , Executive Room 758 RMB (about 100 USD).

(2) Zhang-Jiang Green International Business Hotel, Address：No. 110 ZhangHeng Road, Pudong District, Shanghai 201203, China, Single Double 240 RMB, Deluxe Standard 240 RMB, Deluxe Suite 680 RMB. This hotel is very close to SSRF campus.
