I start a "soft" IOC, which initializes successfully and seems to be working just fine but I am getting the following error ad infenitum:

../online_notify.c: CA beacon (send to "134.79.64.51:5069") error was "Connection refused"

Now, 134.79.64.51 is the IP address of the linux box on which the IOC is running.  What should I do to not get these messages?  Thanks in advance,
