After looking at the source, I found out that a typo appeared in my
seq/configure/RELEASE. Specifically for the options:
[...]
PVCA = TRUE
PVFILE = FALSE
PVTKL = FALSE

By the way, what are those options used for ?
i.e What is the use of PVFILE ? and PVTKL ?
