Now that RTEMS-4.7 has (finally) been released and includes Till's
NFS library I think that it may be time to make NFS a requirement for
EPICS/RTEMS.

OP_SYS_LDLIBS += -lrtemsCom -lrtemscpu -lCom -lrtemsNfs -lm

to

OP_SYS_LDLIBS += -lrtemsCom -lrtemscpu -lCom -lm
