Now that RTEMS-4.7 has (finally) been released and includes Till's NFS

EPICS/RTEMS.
Comments?
This seems like an unnecessary requirement, although it might be a
reaonable default; it's not hard to create configuration variables
("INCLUDE_NFS=YES") in the CONFIG_SITE.Common.RTEMS file that control
multiple build variables, in this case both OP_SYS_CFLAGS and
OP_SYS_LDLIBS. If that's all you need we should make this
user-configurable, since it's not nice to force someone to include the
NFS client library in a standalone IOC.
