Dear all,
as you have already seen from the time table:

Buses will LEAVE 8:30!

The meeting point I found googeling on the web can also be found on the
web page:

Please make sure you'll enter the buses around/before 8:25!

Depending on the traffic the buses will take 20 to 30 minutes for the
ride to Archamps.

We will have to shift the first session in case the buses will be late.

The drivers do NOT know how many (and who) will be on the bus.

So there's no reason for them to wait for you. ;-)
Agenda:
Some minor changes have been incorporated.
Eclipse workshop:

(not part of the EPICS meeting - held on Sunday morning)

As for now we do not have a head count for the Eclipse workshop.

Those of you intending to attend - please make yourself known during the
EPICS meeting. Also please consider to present your work or your ideas/
experience and let me know during the EPICS meeting.
public PC's for eMail etc.

I still do not have a confirmation that this kind of service will be
provided. Please foresee that you will not be able to read your eMail
unless you bring your own laptop and you can use wireless.
