I came across  some of 3.14.x compatible drivers lately, and  found most
of them  RTEMS ready (e.g. using epicsThreadSleep() instead of
taskDelay()).   I recalled  SPEAR3/SLAC had some  IPAC and  Hytec drivers
running  on RTEMS.   Maybe Stephanie  Allison knows where  is the
web download site.
