Industrial Control System

Hi- I'm interested in hearing from anyone out there using custom macros (ie. #define's)
in their sequencer code to reduce the work needed to declare/assign/monitor/etc PVs.  I'd
like to get an idea of how it's being done, maybe with an eye towards a standard...
