ET-488 from Tektronix, which Noboru mentioned, can handle secondary 
addresses.  I may evaluate HP-2050A as well soon.

As I saw an advertisement thru Tektronix at CERN sometime ago, I 
think it's available in the U.S as well, although it was developed 
by Sony-Tektronix in Japan.

ET-488 sends SRQ via out-of-band data on a TCP channel.  vxWorks 
should be able to receive it via some mechanisms.  Actually I 
proposed to use out-of-band TCP data for SRQ when they were 
designing ET-488 in 1991.  Unfortunately it cannot use UDP to 
transfer GPIB data, and using TCP only one client can connect to 
ET-488 at a time, even though several GPIB devices are connected 
with it.
