As far as I know, the standard version of EPICS GP-IB support
cannot handle seconday address. We use modified version of GP-IB support
routines to support secondary address. In this version, if GP-IB address is
greater than 100, it is interpreted as 100*(primary address)+ (secondary
address). If you are interested in this modified version, please contact us.
