Hi all,
we would like to use some old 147's we have in development systems
while we select which processor we will use for our production systems.
We have been told that at least one epics driver (for the Xycom566)
will not work (due to the memory map) in the 147.
Is this known to be true for this or any other boards ?
The mapping of the short IO looks the same for both the 147 and 167
(top of memory), only difference is that the 167 supports both A16-D16
and A16-D32, and the 147 just A16-D16.
I guess the 566, in waveform mode at least, uses either A24 or A32, which
is where the two cards have more differences, but I would think it could
be made to work.
Has anyone found any epics drivers that don't work on the 147 ?
Thanks
Steve
