When the ca server libraries are compiled and run on Intel platforms running
32 bit MS windows we don't see this behavior. Make certain that your net mask
and broadcast address are identical on both the client and the server hosts involved
(visible with "ifconfig -a" and "netstat -i"). Also verify that the CAS library is
listening on UDP port 5064 for incoming search requests on the Intel linux host
(visible with "netstat -a").
