I have an old set that still works:

	ftp://csg.lbl.gov/pub/Epics-tcl/src/tcl-7.4/
		tcl7.4.tar.gz
		tk4.0.tar.gz
		blt-1.8.tar.gz
		tcl-dp3.3b1.tar.gz

They are "pre-patched" as far as I can tell.  At least, they
build the ar stuff and tclCa.

Note in building that tcl, tk, and blt should be given the same
--prefix (meaning destination); dp needs to have the destination
hand-changed in the makefile after the ./configure step.

tcl doesn't like /usr/ucb in your path; dp insists on it.
