The old appSR extension is no longer supported in EPICS R3.13. It should
not be built with any version of EPICS R3.13. The appSR extension creates
a whole set of tools to be used with the pre R3.13 application directory
structure. These tools need the default.dct and default.dctsdr files which
no longer exist and have been replaced by the new ascii *.dbd files in R3.13.

Remove "appSR" from the extension list in the CONFIG_EXTENSIONS file so that
it no longer tries to build.

The new application directory structure and the new tool makeBaseApp are
described in "Application Developer's Guide R3.13.0.Beta4" which is on the
APS EPICS web page under EPICS Documentation.

Starting with beta7 a new document "IOC Applications: Building and
Source/Release Control R3.13.0beta7" is available. (See EPICS Documentation,
CODE Development on the web) Note that the beta7 version of makeBaseApp is
slightly different than for beta4.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this problem has caused you.

Janet
