If Deb can somehow incorporate access security into the edd/dm colour rules,
display screen designers can do whatever they like:
* Coloured bounding box? Put a filled rectangle behind the control with
a rule controlling the rectangle colour.
* Dashed? Make the rectangle un-filled and dashed.
* A cross over the top? Do something similar with lines.
* Controller itself should change colour? Easy.
* Text to tell you about your rights? ...
* No indication other than mouse cursor? Don't use A.S. in the colour rule.
This then becomes a tool rather than an enforced method which some people might
disagree with.
